Delete your data

Timer Board does not create an account with TGC Network LLC and does not upload your boards, timer history, or settings to a TGC server.
Delete data from your device
Android
Delete Timer Board, or open Android Settings, find Timer Board under Apps, and clear its storage. Menu names vary by device.
iPhone or iPad
Delete Timer Board and its data from the device. Offloading the App may keep its documents and data, so choose the option that deletes the App rather than only offloading it.
These actions remove Timer Board's local boards, tools, timer state, settings, history, and local entitlement cache from that device.
Backups, exports, and store records
Deleting local data may not delete:
- copies included in a Google or Apple device backup;
- files you exported or shared to another location; or
- purchase and subscription records held by Google Play or Apple.
Manage device backups through your Google or Apple account settings. Delete exported files wherever you saved or shared them. Contact the applicable store about its purchase records.
Deleting local entitlement data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel through the subscription settings for the store where you purchased.
Information held by TGC
TGC has no Timer Board account or hosted timer library to delete. If you contacted support, we may hold your email address, message, attachments, and any device information you chose to send.
To request access to or deletion of identifiable support correspondence, email multitimer@atari.anonaddy.com. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We may retain information when required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
