Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TGC Network LLC ("TGC," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Timer Board mobile application and timerboard.app.

1. Privacy at a glance

Timer Board is designed to work locally on your device.

2. Information handled by the app

Timer Board stores boards, tools, labels, timer state, settings, history, widget settings, and purchase-entitlement state on your device. The app uses system features such as notifications, alarms, vibration, file pickers, share sheets, and billing only when needed for the feature you use.

Timer Board does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or text messages for its core functions.

If you export a board or history file, you choose where to save or share it. TGC does not receive the file unless you deliberately send it to us.

3. Information sent off your device

Support and feedback

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or other information you choose to provide. The app's feedback draft may include your device manufacturer and model, operating-system version, and Timer Board version. You can remove that information before sending.

Support email is processed by our email provider. We use support information to answer your request, troubleshoot problems, protect the service, and keep necessary business records.

Purchases

Google Play or Apple processes purchases, subscriptions, free trials, cancellations, and refunds under its own privacy terms. Timer Board receives purchase status from the applicable store so it can unlock and restore Pro features. TGC does not receive your payment-card details and does not send purchase receipts to a TGC server.

An app store may provide TGC with transaction records, sales or refund reports, and app-performance information under the store's terms. We use that information for purchase support, accounting, fraud prevention, and app maintenance.

Android and Apple purchases are separate and are not linked by TGC.

Website

timerboard.app is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit the site, Cloudflare may process ordinary request and security data, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, date and time, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site.

We do not add advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party web fonts. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when needed to protect the site.

Device backups

Your operating system may include Timer Board data in a device backup associated with your Google or Apple account. TGC does not control those backups. Manage them through your device or account settings.

4. Why we process information

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process:

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, and app-store distribution and billing. They may process information only for their services and under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or asset sale. We would require any successor to honor this Policy for information obtained under it.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and deletion

On-device data remains until you delete it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app, subject to any device backup you control.

We keep support correspondence, store reports, and transaction records only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, operate the App, maintain ordinary business and tax records, comply with law, or handle disputes. Cloudflare retains website data according to its service settings and legal obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited information we handle. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International processing

TGC Network LLC is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms or other lawful safeguards. You may contact us for information about applicable safeguards.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including the EEA and United Kingdom, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Because Timer Board has no TGC account and does not upload your boards or usage history, we usually cannot identify or retrieve on-device data. We can act on information we hold, such as identifiable support correspondence.

To make a privacy request, email multitimer@atari.anonaddy.com. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. Children

Timer Board is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can address it as required by law.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
